How dispatch works
- Order confirmed: Once your payment is confirmed, your order is added to the dispatch queue.
- Shipping & Delivery Expectations: From placing your order to receiving it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for standard shipping. For express shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks.
- In transit: A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel ships from our warehouse.
- Delivered: Delivered to your address by the courier.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard: 1-4 weeks — Most areas
- Express: 1-2 weeks — Priority add-on at checkout
Estimates run from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Packaging
Orders go out in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of contents.
